Yes. The entire PIM system — backend, frontend, database — is open source and free to run on your own infrastructure. Docker Compose brings everything up with a single command. There are no feature gates or artificial limitations.

Pro adds our AI enrichment pipeline (5-stage Gemini-powered: web search, image analysis, attribute generation, translation, validation), automatic S3 backups with credential separation, SSE real-time events, and priority email support.

AI enrichment is included in the Pro plan with fair-use limits. The pipeline uses Google Gemini for web search, image analysis, attribute generation, translation, and validation. Token usage is tracked per organization with configurable rate limits.

Yes. You can upgrade from Self-Hosted to Pro at any time. Your existing data stays intact — the Pro features are additive. You can also downgrade back to self-hosting, though you'll lose access to managed AI and backup services.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment provider. Enterprise plans can also be invoiced.

We offer a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with full AI enrichment access. No credit card required to start. If you decide not to continue, your data remains accessible via self-hosting.
